Our 8 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection The Technician will do a walk through inspection with you to identify, fiber type, soiling conditions and if any potential permanent stains. Step 2: Pre-vacuum Thoroughly vacuuming to Remove dry soil, Step 3: Furniture Moving Breakable items should be removed from all furniture before our arrival. Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Furniture legs will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs. Larger heavier furniture, such as beds, dressers, piano's, etc... are left in place.

Step 4: Pre-spray and pre-spotting
Heavily soiled traffic patterns are pre-sprayed with a cleaning solution and agitated to suspend and release the soil from the carpet fiber. Spots are treated.

Step 5: Extract and Rinse
Hot water Extraction (240 degrees) utilising our powerful truck mounted machines to remove the suspended soils and rinse out the carpet fibers..

Step 6: Post Stain Removal
Spots that are not removed during the cleaning process, is stains, specialty stain removal agents and techniques are used. The good news up to 95 % of stains are removable, the other 5 % may show that original fiber color is lost, reduced or modified.

Step 7: Post Groom
As a final step your carpet is groomed.

Step 8: Post Cleaning Inspection
